If you have experienced any problems your first port of call will be the member of staff who you have been dealing with and inform them of the problem. They will take all the nessesery steps to resolve the issue swiftly, reffering it on to senior management if nessesery.

In the unlikely event that you have experienced a problem with a member of our staff please contact us and ask to speak to the Managing Director who will resolve any problem swiftly.
